Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers great benefits:

What if I forgot my password?

What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please contact us immediately. We can update your email address, name, and shipping details, but not your order itself. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid return issues.
Payment & Security
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card uses another currency, the total will be calculated based on your card issuer's daily exchange rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders, bank transfers, debit cards, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?
All transactions are processed via SSL-encrypted secure pages. Your payment details are transmitted safely to our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Orders & Shipping
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order after receipt. If your card has already been authorized and the order is canceled, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Note: Orders canceled after payment will incur a small processing fee of $0.50 due to merchant transaction costs. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
How do I set my shipping address?
Please enter your address in English characters only. Replace any special or non-English letters with their English equivalents (e.g., "ç" → "c").
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot revise the shipping address. Please use a residential address rather than a work address to prevent customs delays.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected. Once shipped, we'll email you tracking information (usually within 24 hours). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships — typically within one day after dispatch.

Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
Discount and promotion codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

What if I have missing items in my order?
If you're missing an item, please contact us immediately. We'll assist you promptly.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, and an additional day for shipment. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. During sale seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Important: If you haven't received tracking confirmation within 5 business days after payment, please reach out to our support team.
Customs & Taxes
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are displayed tax-free in USD. Depending on your local laws, you may need to pay import duties or customs fees once your package arrives in your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by us.

Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, photos, and a brief description. Our team will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
How long is the returns process?
Returns are typically processed within 14 business days from receipt. You'll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
